Default TPMS set unit to PSI

My brother pickup his ES300h last week and we notice that the TPMS monitor in the multi-information dsiplay shows in another unit and not PSI. Anyone knows how to change the unit to PSI? I briefly look in the manual and couldn't find how to change it.

its right on your steering wheel, keep disp button pressed for over 5 seconds then you will see settings showing up on dash, once you see the setting navigate them by pressing disp button again, to change that setting, keep disp pressed, to select among options in that setting press disp again. to confirm the settings press disp for more than 5 seconds. thats all...

Tried that but couldn't see any setting to change unit for tire pressure to PSI.
