Default Delay and misfire while starting my es350

hi
I got a 2010 Lexus es 350 saloon( 6 cylinder)

I'm suffering of a problem in my car that is now more than a year and it's increasing noticeably day after another.
The problem is that when I start my car in the morning before going to work, every thing goes fine and smoothly. However, after I stop my car for 2 to 3 hours and then try to start the car there will be a major and notice delay in starting the car ( you hear a sound like teeeettte ) then the car will start. Sometimes you even feel the car will not start but with great difficulty it will start.
this happens daily to me and sometimes if I stop the car and then try to start the car after 30 mnts or 1 hour, the car will start fast but with a misfire sound (buff).

I did change many things to solve the problem but still no final solution found.

To solve this problem I did the flowing ( Things that I could remember:
1. changed 6 plugs with new ones
2. changed petrol filter with a new one
3. cleaned 6 injectors
4.changed crank shaft position sensor
5. checked fuel bump ( replaced with another one to chk if the problem persist and then put it back again)
6.checked the sensor near to the petrol tank
7. checked the injector pressure valve sensor ( replaced with another one to chk if the problem persist and then put it back again)
8. replaced one engine coil out of the 6 coils.

I don't know what to do more than the above ):

any help or suggestions plz

Sounds like it's time for a professional diagnosis. If you are near Avoca, take the car to South Main Auto. He is one of my favorite youtube mechanics. His shop is at 47 S. Main St, Avoca, NY 14809.

I'll chk that item if it damaged and causing the above problem.( by the way: is there a way to chk if it is 100% damaged\failed or I have to change it to know that it was the cause of the problem )

what OBD codes do you have? Typically you would have P0011, P0012, P0021 or P0022 for OCV issues

It looks like cylinder #2 is the initial problem which will start other codes to register. I would look at that 1st and go from there. If you clear the codes does it start and if so does the #2 code come right on.

Actually when I reset the codes the car works normally for a while, then the delay and misfire is back within days or even in the same day.
So shall I change coil of cylinder #2 only or coils of both 2 and 6 at one shot ??

If #2 comes up first try changing it's coil with a known good coil on an adjacent cylinder. If the misfire follows the #2 coil then there is your problem. I would also consider changing the spark plugs also.
