Default Ignition problem during cold start.

I had my spark plugs, wires, caps and rotors replaced 2 weeks ago at the cost of 600 dollars. The reason was because whenever I tried to start my car in the morning or after many hours without operation, it sounds as if the car is choking. I thought the tune-up would take care of it, but the problem persists. What could be the problem? Could it be the battery?

ps: the car starts right up when the engine is still warm.

Have your mechanic check your cold start injector.
