2007 ES350 ballast replacement DIY
Can someone please link me to a step by step guide on how to replace the HID ballast (driver side in my case)?
I found this post but could not find the post he referenced: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...-07-es350.html
I replaced bulbs so far but the light still shuts off randomly so next in line is the ballast replacement , i got the brand new OEM DENSO ballast from amazon for 90$ shipped.
Thanks in advance!

i replaced the ballast and the light is working now. Key take aways:
1. i did not have to solder anything as others suggested, i was able to pull the ballast plug through the headlight opening once the bulb was removed;
2. i did not have to take the entire bumper off, just the side i was working on enough to lower it;
3. it took me about 3hrs going slowly but steady;
4. IMPORTANT: make sure your bulb is REAL OEM D4S bulb, there are a lot of fakes apparently being sold on amazon/ebay!!! so its possible your issues are due to poor quality replacement bulb! more here: https://www.powerbulbs.com/us/blog/2...e-real-or-fake
