Someone crunched my front passenger side and left without a note, so now I need a new cover. A body shop quoted me $850 assuming no damage to under parts. Since I can get a pre-painted cover for $350 there's $500 bucks in it as a DIY.
Is this a doable DIY for an average skilled guy?
What other parts are likely to be needed other than a new cover? Like clips, sealing strips, etc. I would like to have everything on hand once I start.
Does the grill stay on the car or come off with the cover?
I found a few basic instructions but would prefer something more detailed if available. Any suggestions?
I have to replace the front bumper cover on our 2007 ES350 also. I have not been able to find DIY instructions to do this. If someone from the forum could share the remove and replace procedure, I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Rick
