Is the touch screen used for changing the radio stations the "same" touch screen used
for inputting navigation addresses on the Nav screen? I have no problem using the
Touch screen for channel changing, but when I try to input addresses on Nav screen
it's terrible.
Does anyone have difficulty with the navigation touch screen when entering addresses?

No trouble here, but when I first used it, I was trying to enter the whole street address on one line (i.e.: 34 Main St), but then realized it wanted ONLY the number first, and THEN on the next screen, the street name. Once I got past that, no troubles. What kind of troubles are you encountering with the screen?

Difficulty getting the touch screen to respond to my touch when I attempt to input
destination info.
If you are trying to navigate to a business address - Try using the Phone Number first (on mine its on the second screen).... if it finds it, that's all you need to enter. It doesn't always work for newer businesses, but any that have been around for a little while will be identified very quickly (top of screen)..Just tap "guide" and you are on your way.
Originally, I was pretty ticked-off with the illogical method of entering addresses with the Lexus Nav system, and usually just went back to my old Garmin in my 2008 SC430 (same nav system) until I stumbled on this. I haven't used the Garmin since ........

Sorry it took a while to get back to you; 2009 ES350 with Premium package (NAV, backup camera, etc.)
I also have a 2008 SC430 and it works the same way, through the Phone Number input is on the second screen instead of the first "Destination" screen on the ES.
