The wider the better, but oh well, we can't get wider.. maybe u coulda got 8.5"

You have the same tires but his wheels are 10" wide? it isn't a wider profile? oh well its not the biggest issue, you know how literal people can get on forums.

For lowering, I was thinking about doing it. was going to get eibach prokit springs for 1" drop front 1.5" drop rear. This is the link to bchi99's car. He got megan coilovers for a camry (V6) i think.

good luck and post pics if u do

I think I may have 8.5 or 9 and my father has 255 while I have 245 - but still.

As for lowering...I do not have coil-over budget. Well, actually I do, but my wife hates when I spend money on the car. The springs are a good alternative, especially since TRD makes some; maybe the dealer will not trip to hard. I am worried about the ride though. If I hit a dip in the road at speed my tires rub, so if I lower it (just with springs), will I be rubbing on the slightest bump or dip?

Oh yeah, and bchi99 is a beast. His car is sick!

Wink If it's under warranty or financed, stay original.

I stayed with the factory 17". You can see what the aftermarket wheels on my 350 look like on the ClubLexus website of the car show sponsered by Woodfield Lexus. It's the white one. The only ES350 there .

If you get the right aftermarket rims, they look just as nice and don't comprimise the ride or the warranty.

I am thinking of lowering my suspension as well. BUT, if I hit a dip (at speed) on the HWY, I do rub the top of my wheel wells. Sooo, I am a bit worried about lowering my car. I want to know that it will be stiff enough to prevent the rub, which would obviously be worse and more frequent once the car is lowered (provided that the ride is still lux soft)

Oh yeah, tire size is 245/35/20. Was thinking about going to 255, but not sure of fitment.

I Think 255 Is Going To Mess Up Your Fenders But Will Give You Smoother Ride.
