Engine immobilizer
After the car sat for 19 days the battery was dead. I was able to jump start it and get it running again.
About four years ago I installed a 12Volt Solutions remote start, we don't use very often so I removed it thinking it may be the cause for draining the battery. Something went wrong and now the car wouldn't start. Thinking I messed up the engine theft immobilizer I tried about every procedure I found on internet with no luck.
I started checking every fuse under the hood and found # 31 a 10amp Steering Loc System fuse was blown. Everything is back to normal now.
Also opening the door a chime would sound like something was open/on, which went away after replacing the # 31 fuse.
