Default Won't start

Had something draining the battery when everything is off, put my dmm in series at the negative side of the battery, and started pulling relays and fuses until the draw went away. Last fuse I pulled was the dome lite, and that made the 1.8amp draw go away. Left that fuse out, hooked battery back up, instrument lites come on, but wont start. Checked start and ignition fuses, they are good. Any thoughts?

By the way, its a 1997 ES300 with 134,000. Hooked up the Actron code reader, no codes.

Need more info. Engine cranks, or not? Got spark? All dash warning lights come on before cranking the engine?

I'd say you forgot to plug something back in.

You either blew a fuse, or did not replace correctly one of the fuses that you removed

Lites on dash come on, no crank. Spade fuses are in and good, relays only go in one way, checked that and continuity based on schematic on side of relay, but that doesnt mean relay is functioning when power is applied. Contact could be fused together.

Been out of town for a week, but you are correct PFB, the start fuse behind the instrument panel was not installed all the way in, problem solved.
