Deleting Muffler alters back pressure/speed of exhaust escape. Suspect that effects the EMS (Engine management System) settings i.e. o2 sensors picking up different to standard set-up readings.... therefore light comes on.

Put the spacer between the O2 sensor and the muffler pipe.

Not sure why you did this but unless you are going to reprogram / replace the ECU, deleting the muffler isn't going to give you more horsepower.

deleting a muffler is the worst thing you could do to your car and of course you get codes and even more issues down the road evenwithreprogramming the ECU. Also Es350 is popular for it's comfort and quiet ride. Why would you wanna ruin these features? Its makes sense to do this on a sporty car like an Acura but doing it on a Lexus is really odd. As for your warranty there's is a high possibility that they void your warranty if they find out you modified the exhaust system.

Never had an issue with my exhaust after messing with it, like Bluedog said it could be a backpressure issue causing the codes but ive had to run my car without a muffler/exhaust before for days and had no issues/lights. Honestly Id recommend just getting your muffler put back on,also theres a slim chance that getting the work done caused your car to finally realize your 02 sensors have gone bad.

By the way a muffler delete with a tune wont give you any gains compared to stock exhaust , and also is deleting a muffler the worst thing you can do to a car? Ever heard of cutting springs, not changing oil, running tires bald, ignoring maintenance? Having a good sounding car pales in comparison as the worst thing to do it.

It was my o2 sensors they went bad and they got replaced under warranty they told me it had nothing to do with muffler delete cause it is the mufflers all the way in the back it doesn’t alter anything execpt sound

So, I'm assuming your Chk Engine light is no longer an issue...... How does your car sound without the muffler.... happy with it?...did it meet your expectations?

Yea the check engine light is gone

it sounds really good better than my expectations its very quiet at 1500 rpms but one your above that its sounds very good and pops a little bit when you rev it up. It does tend to break peoples necks a lot lol.
