Greetings, still new so sorry if this is basic.

1) Is there a mobile app which works with the 2013 enform?
1.1) can i use that instead of usb to upgrade the software?
2) I want to get a remote starter, most likely Viper smartstart, but i know the new enform has that feature. Can i purchase a hardware upgrade to have the new enform with those options?

1.1 - Not sure what you mean, but no.
2 - Go with the Viper.

 

1.1) i want to upgrade the map and firmware on the navi dash thing. but i cant find any instructions. I was wondering if the phone app once linked to navi will upgrade it?
2) i want viper but im being told it might void my warrant

Map updates need to be done by the dealer. No way around it. Installing a remote starter will not void your warranty, unless the install caused the problem.

2. The 2013 and 2014 radios have a HDD and the system software can only be updated by Lexus/Toyota. Browsing TIS I wasn't able to find system software updates (other than paid map updates) for our radios.
