This gets posted about once a week or so around here. Read the code(s).
Since the 1MZ engine uses the ACIS (variable-length intake) to modulate engine power for traction control/skid control purposes, any engine malfunction/code that may affect power output results in the ECM disabling TCS/VSC (and illuminating TRAC OFF to that effect). Solve the problem causing the CEL, and you get back your traction control.
