Recently my manual driver's side door lock does not work. Cannot Push in the lock button unlock the door. And if the door is locked the drivers door cannot be opened any longer by pulling the inside handles.

The power door lock buttons work as does the key fob. Any idea what this problem is, and how to repair it. Lexus wants $145 just for diagnosis.
