I need to replace the lock actuator on the drivers side door but in order to remove the panel I need to get to door open. The door is locked shut and every one ive talked to has said to cut the panel . Can any one help????

 

First off welcome to CL!!!!!!!!!! Now there is no way you can get the door unlocked at all??? Was it always like this or was it a progressing problem?? You might be able to get it unlocked from the inside if you push it real hard but I would only try that the day you are fixing it.

It was fine one day. I locked and shut the door went to get back in an hour later and it wouldn't unlock from the inside or outside. The only thing it does is lock and unlock the other doors. If I push on the lock on the door it doesn't move at all. Getting tired of climbing in on passanger side.

 

Try to force it then fix the actuator.
