Control arm bushing

I can not get the control arm out to put the new bushing in are there any trucks to get the control arm out or to get the bushing in without taking it out of the car? I have a 95 ES300.

I assume you mean you can't get the bolts out. Soaking the bolts with AeroKroil and then using a high quality impact wrench on the bolts usually does the trick.
