Default Lexus Enform Question

Has anyone renewed Lexus Enform recently? I'm curious to know if Lexus ever offers any specials or discounts for renewals?

Currently the annual fee for Enform (w/Destination Assist & e Destination) is about $265. It's pretty convenient to have, but not sure it it's worth the $265

Thanks in advance for any info.

I would like to know as well, my enform is due for renewal in December. No special offer yet, Only received a renewal letter offer from Lexus at the regular price of $265. I want to renew but not at this price.

I have a '10 IS250 and a '10 ES350 I think I used Enform once in each vehicle in 8 months, so far I don't see the value.

I was wondering since it is a new service, if they'd offer some type of incentive/deal to encourage renewals. It sounds like maybe not yet.

I just renewed the Safety Connect only for $139.95 per year. I did not use the destination assist and did not want to pay for it. I called the renewal number, told her what I wanted and she offered the safety connect only.

i thought it was like 100 each? safety connect is just the red button right? the destination assist is when it calls in and you talk to someone right? I kinda like it, i get frustrated typing that crap in and trying to find the right way the biotch in a box spells 23rd st, ect.. I dunno if its worth 250 bucks though

Safety Connect is about $140, and Destination Assist is about $125. Total for both $264.90.

I don't mean to offend anyone, so please don't take it wrong. But, why is everyone so concerned about $240 per year when you paid nearly $40,000 for your car? If you like the service, get it.

I never renewed it and no incentives. I want to renew the safety connect but they only sent a letter to renew both. I've just been too lazy to call.

You can't have Lexus Enform without Safety Connect. Therefore, it's either $140 or $265/ year.

Just renewed Sirius XM on my '11 for $85 for the year. This was our second car subscription. Initially they would not give us a reduced price for the second subscription until my wife threatened to cancel the first and not subscribe for the Lexus. Gave us 12 months for the Lexus for $80 and renewed the initial one for $85 but gave us 13 months for that one as we had already been billed for the month. Had to be transferred to a supervisor for the deal.
