Default remote/key for '96?

Where can I get a remote/key for the '96 I just bought? I only have the one, plus a valet key, so I'd like to get a spare prefereably with a remote. I did some searching (Google & EBay) but found nothing for a '96. Am I missing something?

Also wondering if there's a proceedure for programing another remote? I saw the convoluted key in/key out/unlock/lock/etc., but it appears that is for the 3rd generation models?

Yup - it's the key with one button on the side of the key head to lock/unlock the car. Guess I'll just have to keep looking on EBay. I can't seem to find them in an on-line store anywhere...

what about sewell lexus online?
their online parts catalouge has pretty much anything for most lexus models
they had the non-remote master key for my car, which is not too easy to find

sewell lexus is where i got mine aswell. great place. fast shipping. & they can cut the keys to your VIN free of charge. look around the forum they have a thread with a coupon. Wouldn't recommend gambling with other places.(ebay)

your only bet is buying one new from Lexus. I broke my key in my 96' es after 10 years, the plastic just cracked and fell apart. I paid around $100 for the key, it was cut, and the tech was even nice enough to program it for me for free. You won't find it on ebay, unless you want a used key which is already cut and its not going to work on your car...
