disconnected hose?

disconnected hose?
I noticed that my m.p.g was crappy then i nhoticed this hose was not connected does anyone know where it goes?

I went to auto zone and that is what he told mebut i had another hose disconnected which was causing the poor mileage

the hose that i was holding was the window washer hose and the other that was dis connected was the one that connects to that circular;man I suck when it comes to parts;thing that is at the back of the engine

it conects to the vac valve below the intake by the firewall it has 2 hoses on top of the valve check if yours is off
