Well.. crappy situation.. I'm out of town until Oct 12th im in Texas.. My car has been in my parents garage while I was gone.. My dads started it up and drove it every couple days.. Well yesterday the car was sitting in a parking lot for 2 hours, from 7 to 9pm, and when he got back to the car the car had been broken into, scratched the paint (looks like they jimmied it) and now theres no stereo equipment left.. even stole some of my wire,.. crappiest part is the car was suppost to be on display at HIN in phoenix on the 13th,... but now I dont think it will be with the messed up dash and ruined fiberglass set up in the trunk, guess they just pulled the subs out and the amps, looks like they pried them with a screw driver instead of unscrewing them.. very crappy.. Guess I can take the stereo stuff out of my signature...

Somebody probably knew about your system, or heard in knockin, and remembered your car. Gotta be careful where you Bumpin..

Chili's parking lot in Tucson, Az on Broadway.... been on the phone with insurance as much as i could today being that its a saturday, pretty much what im getting is that its not covered since they offer additional insurance for stereo equipment.. they will pay for the paint, but thats not even that bad and the cars getting repained here shortly.. Doesn't seem like ill get much out of the deal.. Weird part was I didn't really bump it eather, just kinda for show.. The car was parked from 7:15 to 9.. wasnt very long.. took alot of stuff for such a short time..

And I was in Tucson a couple of months ago. I really thought that thefts were lower than NYC......but I guess I was wrong. Sorry about that loss, it really stinks.

 

Man sorry to hear that bro. Someone broke into my ES last November so I know how you feel. Its a shame stupid cant keep they hands off of other people's stuff. Good luck though.

Man thats tough. Parking lot of Chilis? You think that would be a reasonably secure place with people constantly coming and going. Thats a tough one.
