Na, just the 3vz-e.
All of Toyota's other engines of that time had equal chances of blowing a head gasket, or leaking externally. Almost all of the non MLS gaskets had TSB'd/admitted problems of external leaks that couldn't be solved.

2VZ-FE had issues. 2 friends, one with a 90 Camry DX V6 Wagon, the other a 91 Camry LE V6 Sedan both had headgasket problems after 150k.
