Question 1995 windom lexus engine swap help needed

Hi all am doing a engine swap in my 1995 windom lexus witch carries a 4VZ engine and transmission fwd am swaping it with a 2mz engine and transmission am almost complete with the electrical wiring but has a BIG PROBLEM the 4vz tranismission has a speedometer unit and the 2mz has none it came with a blank cap .Is there any way i can replace the cap with a speedometer unit ? if so witch one will work or what can i do to get this going .not getting a signal for the ecu to change the gears in the transmission .THANKS MUCH FOR YOUR TIME .

What kind of cap? Can it be removed or is there no hole in the casting?

It’s a cap for a speedometer ,yes there is a hole for it as well but am trying to figure out witch one will work if any at all as that transmission did not came with one (speedometer unit ) .

Maybe you can remove the cap or maybe there is no drive gear inside the transmission. Try looking up some parts diagrams on this site

Hi all need some help with a 2MZ v6 front wheel drive what manual gear box can I replace my 2MZ transmission with ?

Default 2MZ transmission speed unit

Hey guys so I got the 2MZ transmission going by removing the cap and replacing it with a speedometer unit from the 1MZ transmission and it works fine thanks for the help 👍🏽
