05 ES330 Master Key Programming (Remote works, cannot start car)

Hi, I purchased a new master key and was able to get the remote to work by the instructions found here, but I am unable to start the car with the new key. I'm guessing this has to do with the immobilizer. I cannot get this part of the programming to work correctly. Can anyone post detailed instructions on how to get this to work?

As far as I know, you'll need to take your car to a Lexus (or Toyota) dealership to get it programmed to your car. Before '04, owners could program the key without the assistance of the dealership by using a special procedure of pedal pressing and opening and closing the doors.
