New battery car won’t start

Help. Bought new battery. Car won’t start. Says Check Hybrid System - means tow to Lexus. We have diagnostic equipment but don’t know where the plug in is. 2017ct200h, only 41k miles

Which battery did you replace? The 12V or HV? Did you unplug the HV service plug when changing the 12V (if this is what you changed?) What "Plug" can't you find? The OBD port? It's right under the dash near passenger left foot.

You can also go to an independent hybrid shop instead of the dealer. Just Google it as there are many of them sprouting up all over the country, including a national chain.
