Peace!
I had my ct200h sitting in the apartment parking lot for quite sometime, when I started to drive it again, there’s a code pob47 ~ hybrid battery voltage sense ‘C’ circuit low, display shows Check Hybrid System!
Is there anyone has any idea what to do with it? any thoughts? recommendation?
Thanks fellas!

The first step in the troubleshooting flow chart is to check and/or replace the smart battery unit. You have to know what you're doing when it comes to working around high voltages and disabling/draining some of the HV portions of the car. Proceed at your own risk. A cursory look indicates that the Batt Smart Unit connector can become corroded inside (go to 8 mins):
While that is for a Camry, I have little doubt that Toyota reused the same part.
If that checks out ok, then the next step is to replace the battery (or find out if there's a defective cell and/or corroded bus bars and go change one out if you know how to).
