Is the car in limp mode? (no acceleration, crawling speed)
You can disconnect the 12v in the trunk for 20-30min. Reconnect and see if it's just a computer "brain-fart". If the car is still doing the same thing. It will need to go to a shop for diagnosis. Preferably a Lexus dealer.
