cant you sue for that? or something? i mean, there was some sort of water mark on those pictures right? pretty sure the photographer has rights to them and to choose whos able to use em.

Have Jordan send them an invoice for use of his photograph. Not too sure about international copyright laws, but I know in the US, they can pay up, or lose a court case.

Sonny, you should pursue the matter, cause you paid good money for your Airrunner set-up, and they using your pic to advertise their knock-off shizzle.
It's like they're saying "take a look at how good this GS looks on our knock-off shizzle. Why should you spend $XXXX.xx for Airrunner when your car can look like this."
When it's not true.
