Have Jordan send them an invoice for use of his photograph. Not too sure about international copyright laws, but I know in the US, they can pay up, or lose a court case.

It's like they're saying "take a look at how good this GS looks on our knock-off shizzle. Why should you spend $XXXX.xx for Airrunner when your car can look like this."
