Sound Performance is hosting a dyno day on May 24th at 10 am. Everyone is welcomed to stop by. You can get your car dynoed for about 40 dollars from what I hear.

This is not the dyno meet I was talking about. I just figured some members may be interested in showing up for this one to look at some nice cars putting some nice numbers. There is a chance our dyno meet may be free.

Where:
Sound Performance
250 South Gary Ave
Bloomingdale, IL 60108

Date: May 24th
Time: 10 am

Cool, we'll make a mini-meet out of you doing the dyno. When are you going to show up there? I want to be there for your car's dyno.

Did they get the dyno installed finally? I remember the last time I was out there they were getting the permits.

Where the heck is it onsite? Their location isn't the largest...

Not sure what time I'm heading over there. I'll let you guys know as the day gets closer.

Overclocker: Dyno is all installed and ready. Pretty sure it's in the last bay , toward the south end of the shop, on the backside of the building.

Sounds perfect! Just promise me they don't where the cheerleader outfits

I'm really hoping for around 420-430rwhp on 100 octane. I think the car has it in her.
But we'll just have to wait and see.

Ya, get some tips from that chick... errr, I mean guy at the buzz.

Chris

PS. That would be funny if someone went to to him/her and asked for advise on shaving legs. Hahaha. I feel a bet coming on.

I don't think SP will be doing S-AFC tunning on such a dyno day. Maybe we should dyno our cars to compare manual vs. automatic.

I just replaced rotor and cap. Car seems to be running better now even through the rotor wasn't worn out too much. On friday I'm getting a new K&N Xtreme filter to replace my old dirty K&N cone air filter.

So Kevin, you ready?

Then again, $40 for dyno? I should call Adam and see if his shop/dyno owning friend approved our own free-dyno-day. That would be cool.

For the $40 you will get 2 dyno HP pulls and then one 0-60 mph pull and one 1/4 mile time pull. No other dyno in the Chicagoland area will let you do 0-60 and 1/4 mile. Our dyno compensates for vehicle type, wind drag, etc and gives an estimate that is 99% accurate.
