If a company is serious about EVs, they dhould design one from the ground up.
Isn't the Equinox somewhat of a compromise?
The Equinox EV is not a converted ICE Equinox. It sits on GM’s BEV3 platform which is a EV-only platform shared with other upcoming GM electric vehicles.
Yep, if you look at the existing Equinox and the new EV side-by-side, they're not even remotely the same shape. They're just using established names of Equinox and Blazer to give themselves a head start from a marketing perspective, since the new EVs slot into roughly those same size classes.
