Wow! I just looked up the price of a new A8 W12 in 2012. $135,675!!
If Audi made that same car today it would be north of $200k.
That's base with no options lol! Usually they are around 150-170k sticker translating to north of $220k adjusted
It was their ultimate car, nothing else cost as much or was as refined/developed overall. They drive and feel nothing like a same year A8 does even though you would think it's not that much of a difference

Not to be a downer, but whats the point of having two of the same car? Actually 3 counting the V8 one...
The V8 is nothing like these, drives totally inferior without even getting into the material and NVH differences.
Getting a second one because I have never really had a car that is this perfect, makes me for the first time ever want to have two exactly the same. They are so rare that I need to have a spare car just in case, new one is the 2nd lowest mile car in the US and lowest clean title/no accidents that is max spec.
I have driven 100s of different cars and there are only 2 sedans I would ever consider moving up to after these. A new Taycan and a 3rd Gen Flying Spur Speed W12 with the latter being the only one I really have eyes for......Taycan is just too boring and the interior isn't on the same level but it's a great car.

Oh, well because it makes 790 wheel HP and does a 9.8 sec 1/4 mile at 151mph. It DOES have turbos after all so I decided to turn it into a sleeper so it has a point in my lineup.....
I take it out to the west side here and there to make a few $1000 suckering people at the street drags with hellcats etc. They have no idea that a "tiny" 4.0 V8 can move like that and on the street it always hooks
The new W12 is going to push the LS460 out of my fleet most likely, I would rather keep it but storage isn't exactly free. My sister may buy it though and I would prefer that so it stays nice and in the family

CONGRATS STRIKER! and 2 W12's for 'redundancy'. love it, haha.

What’s with the need to reply to a post of mine from over 2 weeks ago to try me drag me into a back and forth? I think you have too much time on your hands.
Got my Post Purchase Inspection done today, that's how it's supposed to work right? I hear everyone talking about PPIs on the used section here.....
Checked out really well, I do have a leak at the TVD so the warranty company is already screwed haha!
Super super clean No leaks/issues in the expensive boi TVD has a leak, it's warranties issue not mine haha! This was a scary discovery though, getting tires ASAP For SW17 and AJT, ground clearance in normal off-road mode Did air filters since I took the boxes out anyway to inspect the sides of engine Someone changed these, wrong brand and they also didn't have clamps positioned correct etc. Pisses me off seeing lazy work....
Oil looked good, wasn't perfect but it was last changed 12k ago. Overall it's in great shape
