I hate EVs because people don’t think I should. I own guns because people don’t think I should.
Because people (not specific members here) are trying to tell me what I need. You can’t do that to Americans, at least not in my camp.

I guess I just don’t have the time nor energy to hate some other doesn’t impact me, whether people say I should or not. I have a family and a career to take care of. It seems petty to me but to each his/her own.

These type of threads just creates divide and pigeon hole people into for or against camps.
And there is this repeated pattern of very vocal posters dominating the thread with the same viewpoints said in 100 different ways.
Not sure what the point is - really, but does sound like it’s a topic that will endlessly generate debate and biases.
