same here... the only ev's i see on the road around here are teslas. i occasionally see a mach-e or a taycan or something and i saw a bmw xm the other day. i've seen 1 or 2 ioniq 5's and 1 kia ev6 in the past year. oh and i saw that lucid i posted the other day.
and yes, the mb ev's are not selling here either. local dealer has a load of 'em.
none of this is surprising really... tesla is the 'known' ev with the best charging network and the cool factor. everything else is a compromise or way more expensive that only work for certain people or who have other cars.
I think that’s a function of where you live. I see a ton of EVs here from all different manufacturers.

Absolutely. They are a dime a dozen in this D.C. area....particularly from Tesla. But that is mostly because of a reason we probably can't discuss in detail in this forum.....the culture and politics of this region, which in many ways is similiar to Coastal California (although without as many charging-stations), and certainly not representative of the nation as a whole.
Same. I see everything on a regular basis, even older crappy EVs like the Fiat 500e, Mitsubishi i-MiEV and Smart EV.
The i-MIEV and electric Smarts, IMO, were jokes. Hard to believe people actually spent money for them. The MIEV, still, is pretty rare in my area...I can count the number I've seen on one hand. Smarts are a lot more common.

I do see Taycans sometimes. But they're like $250k cars. I'm not saying I see NO evs. Just that, aside from Tesla, they ain't replacing ICEs anytime soon. Teslas are all over the place but other EVs are literally very scarce. So many Mercedes driving around, nice new ones...none are EVs..
Go to the crappy part of town and you'll see precisely ZERO evs.
I also saw someone charging their Tesla with just a regular outlet yesterday, I suppose that would work if you really just stayed close to home?
LOL that would be so embarrassing to drive to where it would almost be fun.
My brother met Truley Nolen when detailing one of his cars.
That really is a persons name supposedly.
Lived in a mansion in Port Royal Fl way back in the day, very wealthy, as Im sure ya'll can guess from his success

I'm getting better at spotting them thanks to the reviews on this site. Otherwise I would never know what they look like.
Saw my 1st Mach-e yesterday, parked right next to me so I have a pic to post later for that thread.

Good point Bit!
Yeah, in my 25-50 max driving miles a week.
I see Lots of Teslas tho.
I think they spawn like Orks. Haha
Spoiler
Every day I see more!
I got thru my Teslaphobia just in time. Lol

How many new nice new cars in General do you see in the “crappy part of town”?
!
Some. Most houses in certain areas have no garages so charging would be an issue with EVs. I have a friend who custom built a really nice house out there but she didn’t include a driveway, you just park out front. Dumb, I know.
It may Beat the 0-60 mph times of the old Mustang GT's back in the day but in no way is the Mach-e a sporty looking car worthy of the Mustang name untill they make it look...... Wait for it...... SPORTY! Lol
When I say old Mustangs Im talking before the V8 engine is bored & stroked, roller rockers, racing cams, Holley Carb, and headers. I think that build may smoke the Mach-e but slightly not stock. Lol
