So I'm bored with EVs...
Aw, I see. I've never pegged you as a modder, but I guess that's why I see you the 2IS occasionally. BTW a bit off topic, but the Amsoil in my IS is amazing. I just bought a case for my 2013 Sienna! I love that stuff, my IS has never been this buttery smooth

As small, standalone EV engines come out, I'll be interested to see who does some cool EV swaps, ala Bisi's Porsche 935.

And slower and way less enjoyable to drive. Also, you are tacking on maintenance cost which is a significant advantage of EVs. So now you have 2 drivetrains in your car adding both complexity and weight. Rather just have ICE or EV.
Nope, I'm at work so can't watch anything. Well, at least you're being open minded. Not everything in life is exiting. I own a 2006 Camry SE (3.3L V6, now daughters car), a 2013 Toyota Sienna, 2010 IS350 Sport, 2020 Hyundai Ioniq and 2022 Polestar 2. Nothing to be excited about, but they all do their jobs, get us from A to B
Yeah I thought about the RR Racing SC, but I don't want to spend $8,500 on a 12 year old car. That's if I do the work myself. Plus my MPG's would go down, and maintenance would go up. I'm happy with a 5 second 0-to 60 IS!
The X6M would completely annihilate near any same class EV stock, even the normal V8 version with a stage one tune will beat anything polestar makes. The high speed difference as well is just no comparison.
Your car is decently quick, but it's not fast.

Eh, I would say just get an EV. Hybrids are the worst of both worlds and have two powertrains you need to monitor. Slow, heavy, too much stuff breaks, too non-standard, no performance headroom at all.
An X6 of what type? Are you certain it was an 8 not a 6?
