I like how it looks like a vehicle in an old Nintendo 64/PlayStation games from 25 years ago.

Jealous. Best thing is....you don't ever have to really wash it. Just take it through an auto wash and its scratch proof. Honestly, I wish they'd make a high performance CyberCar. I would order that day 1.

I’ve tried so hard to like it, but…hideous. I’d have to apologize to the neighbors for having it in my driveway!

I have to agree. Property values in the neighborhood would plummet overnight.

And if my neighbor buys one I will be expecting an apology from them for making me look at it every day out my front windows. haha

Sorry couldn't resist, I'm really trying to like the style but I'm not there yet and dang...

This thing is 1,000% completely hideous in every way. No surprise Tesla and/or EV lovers go crazy over it.

IDRA Group unveils the Tesla Cybertruck’s 9,000 ton Giga Press in Italy

https://driveteslacanada.ca/cybertruck/idra-group-tesla-cybertruck-9000-ton-giga-press/

Credit: Davide PalmieriTesla’s Giga Press supplier IDRA Group has officially unveiled their latest creation at an open house event in Italy, a massive 9,000 ton Giga Press that will be used to build the Cybertruck.

In the weeks leading up to the event, interested parties could sign up to attend. One of those was engineering student Davide Palmieri, who got the opportunity to see the Giga Press up close and learn more about it from IDRA employees this week.

Palmieri shared details of his experience on Reddit, along with many pictures showing just how massive the machine really is.

According to one of the employees, taking it apart and putting it back together again is relatively easy, but is made difficult just because of the sheer size of the different components.

The company had been teasing the new Giga Press over the last few months. Images and videos were shared on social media showing that it was painted in Tesla’s signature red and white colour scheme, leading to speculation this latest machine was for them.

That speculation turned out to be correct, with Elon Musk confirming last week that the 9,000 ton Giga Press will be used to create the Cybertruck body.
