Tesla Cybertruck
I wasn't talking about Geico I was talking about Safeco.
I was in Georgetown last night, and a Cybertruck pulled out onto M St from a side street, and saturday night in Georgetown people are everywhere. The visceral reaction from everybody on the street was shocking. Just surrounded by disgust...I don't think I have ever seen anything quite like that...

snopes is actually pretty useful. sometimes biased, but generally good. and as far as it being geico, it seems the meme content has been used over and over.

I just read that Tesla is updating Sentry mode to play loud music when it "senses a threat".
That's kind of neat, but why play loud music? Why not an alarm chirp or something? Lol. "STEP AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE." I know people remember those.

It is just lower than low to fk with someone's ride. That's about as low as you can go.
-early units are terrible
-Tesla advertising is just social media influencers, and these folks selectively choose to release the good and bad experiences.
-His service center is excellent, great loaner program, however service wait times extend out for weeks.
-While he loves EVs and trucks, EV trucks from startups are not great, while legacy really shine at really addressing the needs of their truck clients when making an EV truck. However a good ole fashioned diesel pickup has no replacement and possibly in the future for his garage.
this is a good deal. Cyber truck is subject to a luxury tax in Canada too. I

Forbes Magazine:
Elon’s Edsel: Tesla Cybertruck Is The Auto Industry’s Biggest Flop In Decades
Elon Musk’s polygonal pickup is a polarizing sales flop that's missed the billionaire’s volume goal by a staggering 84%. And there’s no sign that things are improving.

Sooner the cyber truck is cancelled the better it would be for Tesla. The development cost would have been better spent on a crossover that would better compete with market demands. In just the second model
year, Toyota is on pace to sell 150K Grand Highlander and even more profitable Lexus TX models that are made in the USA, a vehicle to compare with these models would have been more appropriate.
Personally I love the cyber truck. I think it’s such a cool vehicle…a total novel type vehicle….but I see why it’s a flop
