I think he meant the base 35K+ MSRP plus the 20K mark-up, Josh. That would put it at 55-60K to start.
The price difference is moot. The vast, vast majority of these will be sold with options like most pickups. I.E. most will be expensive. I would strongly consider this Tundra over a Denali even with the finally now luxurious interior. I dunno though, there's a 6.2L Corvette engine under the hood. To hell with forced induction.
My 2021 1794 was $59k, including a few options like the tonneau cover, TRD skid plate, etc. It was about $55k without options. The new 1794 will base at $59k, so we're talking about a very modest increase on the upper trims.
Looks like a Silverado. That is a compliment.
I wish they would dump the stupid Tundra name. And don’t get me started on TURD, I mean TRD. What is marketing thinking?
Will they ever replace the Tacoma with the new design that has been available internationally for a long time? Bueller?

The specs are up at Toyota.com
real leather is available
rear ventilation seats
detuned 3.5tt engine for base trim
87 or higher recommended fuel
5700 in the gas turn

6185lb curb weight in largest and most luxo hybrid trim
mediocre 1885lb payload
Adaptive variable suspension

load levelling rear air

I think the trim packaging is a winner

Thats just tubrocharged engines in general though, be happy you have the option to run regular, a lot of carmakers don't give you that.
