Consumer Reports, a couple of years ago, also verified a very high customer-satisfaction rate with the Challenger.....more so than even with the Mustang. Probably will also be the case this year. That retro styling really hits it with some people....probably boomers like me. People in my area just love them.
I am not surprised at all. People like those cars.
I bet you these vehicles by Dodge, have some of the highest satisfaction rates long-term
"Satisfaction" is relative. I could argue that a buyer of a high-end car may have more complaints and be less "satisfied" because they have higher expectations than the buyer of a basic sub-compact. It's a suspect metric.
@mmarshall's comment is right on point -- those buying a muscle car may be "satisfied" by different things than the buyer of an LS.

My vote is to get rid of the ****ing things all together. A screen maybe for backup Camera and Google maps. That's it! When it comes to vehicles with "the fewest defects", Toyota receives the highest awards
I understand this is because bluetooth protocol has been revised a million times, and some cellphones don't always support features present in older versions, and vice versa.
Ah I see that now, well their title is wrong. Here is 2020 IQS vs 2021 IQS and 2020 VDS vs 2021 VDS. Note Lexus has improved in 2021 over 2020 for both IQS (11th to 3rd) and VDS (2nd to 1st)

I love how people react to very slight changes like they're some huge seismic shift lol. The top companies are all within a few digits of each other...
