#C43doyouevenAMGbro?
I have a C43 sedan. Mine runs mid 11s in the quarter mile with just a piggyback tune and retains full warranty.

When people ask what I drive, I say “C43”, not “I drive an AMG”. My “fake” AMG will dust a ”real” GSF the street.

Pretty sure you can dust my manual 335i (bone stock N54). I got that expression from the guy who has the vlog, and sells t-shrits. At the end of the day, the most important opinion is the person who paid for the vehicle. At the same time, people who don't own a particular vehicle are entitled to their opinion as well. I can't tell you how many threads will knock the N54 BMW, on the BMW E90 forum, it's nothing personal, it's a forum...

Don't we get into the same thing with podiatrists, chiropractors, and optometrists, as to whether they are "real" doctors? Some say yes they use doctor in their titles and are addressed as such, others say no, they never went to med school.

ok but that contradicts what you said before but whatever.

it's 2018, not 1995. get over it.

please don't use such stereotypes and labeling. someone who feels the need to drive up to 155 on public roads should be in jail. i believe it's only a matter of time before cars GENERATE speeding tickets automatically.

Who would drive 155 mph here in the USA except on a track? This is a thread about the E53, now you are talking about jail, maybe you should keep it MB and AMG related. These are German vehicles. German mfgs. have a gentleman's agreement regarding this stuff. When we talk BMW, a differential indicates M, true M, and not. C'mon now, get your head in the game!

p.s. was it 1995 when they were doing those jokes on SNL? time does fly

Well, again, it's not necessary to have the ability to go 155 over 130, on public roads. But it goes all the way back to the gentleman's agreement that the German mfgs share, and where they set the limiter is a hint about what the car is about and where it stands within their marque. imho there's too much focus on specs that are on paper these days. Take a "lowly" F series BMW 328i. It has a launch mode and is a 4 banger. With loose and vague steering, and an automatic, it can smoke a E36 M3 stick, but which of the two cars is designed to run free on the autobahn, and which is more engaging to drive?

btw the very same dude in the E45 was driving all crazy again over the bridge. No question the vehicle has much above avg capability. It looks pretty good to me. But is it a E63s? No.

The weird thing about this day and age, is if I upload to YouTube, you never know, maybe the port authority sees it and acts, you just never know today. It may not be this very instant, but we are getting very close to the point where we have to behave properly because someone has recorded our actions!
