My gosh. This thread is about the G70, not the Genesis brand as whole. The G70 is available. There is nothing more to say.

Apparently it is equally as difficult as it is for you to understand that the only way a dealer can have ANY 2019's in stock (obviously including the 2019 G70) is if they have signed the new paperwork for franchise agreements. Congratulations on "randomly" finding 4 dealers carrying the 2019 G70 in order to prove your point. While that technically makes the car "available" because it is potentially in stock at 4 out of 45 Genesis dealerships, it does not mean the car is widely available which is what people are mentioning to you loud and clear. You should watch the video posted in this thread which explains this exact topic about the 2019 G70 in detail before you start lashing out at people. Ridiculous.

Edit: Pappy Van Winkle 23 year bourbon is officially available in most parts of the US. If you can find me a bottle at retail pricing I'll gladly pay you 2x the retail price so you can make a 100% profit.
Just because something is "released" does not mean it is really "available" to the masses.

Have you bothered to look if the G70 is available at other dealer than the one i posted?. I am the only person who bothered to look. This is about the G70, not the Genesis brand. The car is available. Perhaps it has sold at the dealer with zero stock. But you don’t know that. Neither do I.

I looked. There are no dealers near me that sell them. None. My source is the Genesis web site, under "Find A Genesis Dealer Near You".

You're definitely not the only one to look, because I did after reading your post and finding it a bit odd the locations you selected. Half of the dealers that show up online in 3 states I searched either don't have a "view inventory" button, or when you click it you get an error that the website isn't up yet. Guess what that means? They aren't through the franchise agreement. However, I did notice 2 or 3 dealers in metro Atlanta showing the 2019 G70 in inventory - which is a 500 mile drive from where I live.

Not sure why you keep saying "this is about the G70, not the Genesis brand." What are you implying? That you can buy a 2019 G70 from somewhere other than a Genesis dealership that has signed the new franchise agreement? It's actually about the Genesis brand because the argument is one in the same. In order to carry ANY 2019 Genesis (the brand and all encompassing 2019 models), the dealer has to be set up properly through the new franchise agreement. There is no debate.

Example of a dealership where "view inventory" button doesn't work. http://www.genesisofbrunswick.com/ne...ddcref=genesis

Example of a dealership where "view inventory" button is not even available - Gensis of Savannah (zip code 31406).

Both in the same state, both listed as the closest dealer options based on my zip.

Hopefully they can work through this quickly. These cars are too great to not be available en masse.

The title of the thread is 2019 Genesis G70. And thanks for looking and posting what you saw.

Totally agree. The G70 pics are really beautiful. I'd love to see one if there were a dealer in my town - it reminds me of a combination of a handful of cars I really like all meshed together.

I have seen one and sat in them. Not sure why anyone would pay BMW, Lexus, Audi or MB prices for a Genesis G70 when the other badges have better brand prestige.

Well.... Warranty, styling, performance (in some cases), interesting things like valet service, options that may be available on a Genesis and not found on other brands. Prestige does not equate to value for everyone.

Looks like everyone should take a trip to Philly.

I just tried this, and the closest Genesis dealer in the Philly area is in Cherry Hill, NJ, across the river from Philly. They have 95 '19s; 55 of them are G70s. So I guess Genesis just doesn't like the Pacific NW?

I agree, but a comparably equipped G70 is going to be $5,000 - $10,000 cheaper than a BMW 3-Series. I'm not as familiar with Audi, MB and Lexus pricing, but I think it's a safe bet the G70 will undercut most of those--certainly the Germans.

I live in So-cal and not a single G70 is available. The largest car market in the entire united states and 0 G70s. I have to go to Arizona to get one

please stop being argumentative over a point many have patiently made and shown clear backup for. While you may have found a few dealers, genesis 2019 cars are NOT available in huge swaths of the u.s.

there are NO 2019 genesis in florida right now. Florida has 2/3 the population of canada, so not a small market. Genesis.com shows closest are in GEORGIA with only one of those showing inventory button which doesn't work. Screen grab from actual website:

Brunswick inventory button goes to:

The website you are attempting to visit is not active.
