2019 Genesis G70
Wow. Why do you keep arguing? Do you have any idea how large the US is? How long it would take for the avg person to get to just 4 or even 20 Genesis dealerships scattered across the US that carries them? We are talking about it being in such limited availability in the US it is unrealistic for the avg person to be able to look at one or buy one without some major traveling, which is why sales of Genesis cars have fallen so flat so quickly and will remain flat until they get the dealership issue fixed.Edit: Pappy Van Winkle 23 year bourbon is officially available in most parts of the US. If you can find me a bottle at retail pricing I'll gladly pay you 2x the retail price so you can make a 100% profit.
Just because something is "released" does not mean it is really "available" to the masses.

Have you bothered to look if the G70 is available at other dealer than the one i posted?. I am the only person who bothered to look. This is about the G70, not the Genesis brand. The car is available. Perhaps it has sold at the dealer with zero stock. But you don’t know that. Neither do I.

Not sure why you keep saying "this is about the G70, not the Genesis brand." What are you implying? That you can buy a 2019 G70 from somewhere other than a Genesis dealership that has signed the new franchise agreement? It's actually about the Genesis brand because the argument is one in the same. In order to carry ANY 2019 Genesis (the brand and all encompassing 2019 models), the dealer has to be set up properly through the new franchise agreement. There is no debate.
Example of a dealership where "view inventory" button doesn't work. http://www.genesisofbrunswick.com/ne...ddcref=genesis
Example of a dealership where "view inventory" button is not even available - Gensis of Savannah (zip code 31406).
Both in the same state, both listed as the closest dealer options based on my zip.

You're definitely not the only one to look, because I did after reading your post and finding it a bit odd the locations you selected. Half of the dealers that show up online in 3 states I searched either don't have a "view inventory" button, or when you click it you get an error that the website isn't up yet. Guess what that means? They aren't through the franchise agreement. However, I did notice 2 or 3 dealers in metro Atlanta showing the 2019 G70 in inventory - which is a 500 mile drive from where I live.

Totally agree. The G70 pics are really beautiful. I'd love to see one if there were a dealer in my town - it reminds me of a combination of a handful of cars I really like all meshed together.
I have seen one and sat in them. Not sure why anyone would pay BMW, Lexus, Audi or MB prices for a Genesis G70 when the other badges have better brand prestige.
Well.... Warranty, styling, performance (in some cases), interesting things like valet service, options that may be available on a Genesis and not found on other brands. Prestige does not equate to value for everyone.
Looks like everyone should take a trip to Philly.
I just tried this, and the closest Genesis dealer in the Philly area is in Cherry Hill, NJ, across the river from Philly. They have 95 '19s; 55 of them are G70s. So I guess Genesis just doesn't like the Pacific NW?

I agree, but a comparably equipped G70 is going to be $5,000 - $10,000 cheaper than a BMW 3-Series. I'm not as familiar with Audi, MB and Lexus pricing, but I think it's a safe bet the G70 will undercut most of those--certainly the Germans.

there are NO 2019 genesis in florida right now. Florida has 2/3 the population of canada, so not a small market. Genesis.com shows closest are in GEORGIA with only one of those showing inventory button which doesn't work. Screen grab from actual website:
Brunswick inventory button goes to:
