Dont Street Race...
A MB World poster was street racing and ended up killing someone, its truly a shame.

A 19 year old driving a CLS63 caused the crash and killed the woman, and was released on a $500,000 bail. Wow.
I hope he gets a bullet in his head.

The people who try to defend the street racers... FAIL.
Sadly, this kind of accident happens all too often, although the ones with expensive cars certainly receive more media attention. If combustion-powered cars are still around when I buy my kids cars, it won't have any more than 4 cylinders.
I had occasional access to a 6-cylinder car when I was in high school (full access through most of college), and that was TROUBLE. The smoothness of larger engines and the stability of a well-designed car give too much temptation to the youngest drivers. I wasn't even remotely into street racing, and I still knew that car was too powerful for me.

Deport him and be done with it as the justice system will not exact any meaningful measure of punishment.
Not sure how far any of you read the posts on mbworld but the cash is insignificant. Apparently he's an international student whose parents are worth something ridiculous like 7-800 million.

Whats interesting, they are street racing at 19 and when I was 19 I hated the idea of driving. In all honesty I still hate the idea of driving. Plus if they wanted to street race, they should have gone to some god forsaken industrial area or used part of the highway where there is no cars.

I bet if 4chan gets a hold of this story (if this guy disappears), they will start trying to find records and information on the family.

Back to the crux of the issue - I think one problem is the fact that law enforcement tends to be relatively lax on street racing in general if there aren't any real consequences. Here's a video of some kid doing 144 MPH on the highway getting stopped by the police. The lax punishment that he receives seems pretty typical from what I've seen, and I think that's part of the problem -

As for Ashley she was just months away from her 25th birthday
As per the video posted above, karma going to get that cop good. Just imagine if this guy gets into a car accident and the people he kills is the cops family. The cop will have to blame himself for that ****.

I have worked with cops and they speed as much as anyone on this forum, they are doing nothing out of the ordinary
