Default Virtual fitting: see how you'll fit on any motorcycle...

Cycle-Ergo is a new website offers a simple tool for calculating and comparing motorcycle fit.

Cycle-Ergo works by comparing the stock measurements of a fairly extensive range of new bikes, employing a simple animation to visual the differences. The clever thing here is using a customizable rider silhouette that you can adapt to your own dimensions, making this much more useful than the typical spacial relationship triangles as it allows you to visualize your relationship with the bike.

It’s the neatest thing I found on the Internet all weekend. Click here for the link.

For example:

Me on my Ducati Monster:

Me on a Harley Davidson Night Rod:

Me on a BMW S1000RR:

Pretty cool, too bad it doesn't have a feature to understand how well you'd flatfoot on the bike. That's more important for me.

That's really cool. it is a shame it doesn't have a flat footed view. I've got a 6'5" friend that needs a sportbike, now i can convince him he can fit on one!

Actually, if you look, there is a checkbox that says "Place feet on ground".

Yup.

Tallest bike I've tried is a BMW R1200 GS Adventure.

I'm on my tip toes, fully upright...

Says I can flat foot better on an 1198 than a 848, sounds like my dream bike has been upgraded to the 1198. I've been on the fence on that one anyway, I figured the 1198 is probably far too much power for my size (and need for speed) but the 1198 sounds much better with stock pipes then the 848 and now it has been shown that I'll flat foot easier with a 1198.

My "beginner" bike still remains the GSX-R600 which I already knew I'd have to semi tip-toe to flat foot.
