I think the car is great. you can have your cake and eat it too. I have read a few complaints about the transmission as other have described. The only thing I would advise is do not drive a German car without a warranty. EVER

most "M" and "AMG" cars are SOLID, hand built engines... get it!

I have e60 M5. 2 years of ownership, no problems! even though it is european car, if it is taken cared of properly, the car should not have big issues. had a 2001 e46 M3, and had over 90000 miles and not a single problem! i'd say go for it!! you will love the car!! be sure to get the ones with full leather and HUD!
