So bottom line is, should we or should we not use Shell's new gasoline?

Ferrari endorses Shell gas. i only use Shell gas. I've used Techron and its made my car ping. Damn that.

Maybe we should add bacardi 151 as an additive? lol

I wonder if Shell's advertising budget exceeds the engineering budget for this new blend.

I had no problem using other premium gasoline brands. Heck I even use ARCO and my car's running fine.

I have no problem using any of the top tier gasolines, of which Shell is one.

so this pretty much confirms that Techron has nitrogen too
which means all Shell is good at is marketing their stuff

http://www.chevron.com/products/ourfuels/chevwtech/
Chevron gasolines with their nitrogen-enriched Techron additive contain polyether amine (PEA) chemistry to help keep vital engine parts cleaner than lower quality competitors, helping reduce the amount of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides released into the atmosphere. It all adds up to a cleaner and happier car.
so does this really create acid rain more than gasoline without nitrogen?
if so, id be really pissed off at these gas companies
