yea my mother bought an 09' C class and broght it 2 the dealership they gave her a POS jetta that couldnt get outta its own way.

Where I buy my cars Ray Catena Lexus gives you a choice 1) a loaner or 2) a stretch limousine to the local mall. They treat customers like saints they sent a driver for me 65 miles one way when I bought a second vehicle and had no legal driver (son had a permit). I go closer to work for service and get a RX loaner.

Just got our loaner yesterday, fully loaded rx350 with clearbra, the upgraded rims, everything, and we get to have it till monday, i guess thats where all the extra money goes to when you give the dealership 1800 for an exhaust manifold replacement
