A friend of mine just bought one from a Mercedes dealership.
16 G's + 4 G's (comfort package) w/ a total of 20 G's OTD.
It's SMART cabriolet (soft cloth top) w/ a 1.5 L doing 70 HP.
100 max on the meter and he did 90 mph today.
comes w/ power everything except for the seats which you have to manually adjust.
One cool thing he mentioned was at 70 mph, you press a button and the soft cloth top comes down while traveling at that speed w/out stopping.
I've seen two of them in person so far and I guess they're selling here in NorCal like "hotcakes".
The S stands for the Swatch (watch manufacturer).
The M stands for Mercedes.
The Art stand for, of course, art in any way shape or form of that nature.
It's very small but I guess economical around town. They claim it gets 50 MPG.
It's just another toy to add to his other two Mercs, a SL500 and a S500.
Go figure....
