well the 350Z does have a "zero lift" package they offer on the track model.

I am going to chalk it up to mechanical failure, possibly blown tire.

He would need special tires at 210MPH, ZR rated are only good up to 150MPH I believe.

Exactly. And the run seemed, on the video at least, to be a professionally-sponsored event. The driver was wearing what appeared to be race gear. All the more reason why it is puzzling that they would have let in a car with inadequate tires.
