Just noticed this on the new Lexus.com website. The newest issue of Lexus magazine is out. Its got a review of the new LS460 and even has a new detective mystery story called Black sapphire. I guess my issue will arrive soon since i called Lexus corporate about a week and a half ago and there supposed to have straightened out my not getting the magazine. Let me know what you guys think of this issue.

Oh im sorry i thought you were missing 3rd quarter. Just call the lexus customer service i hope mine arrive soon.

 

I always got my Lexus magazines sent to me, but how about your local dealer ? Mine always have some at their lounge for you to read or pick up.

 

I guess ill try that i just think that a company as big and customer service oriented as Lexus should be able to handle the subscription requests. I think i called a couple of weeks ago and still nothing. But it could be that they delayed it cause of the new subscription.

 

Don't count on receiving any mags. I've been trying for over a year to receive the Lexus magazine. Every time I call, they say they will send out the latest issue and they always confirm that I am indeed on their mailing list, but I never receive anything. They don't have a clue as to what they are doing.

 

That really sucks well i hope i get them this time this is kinda crazy.

 

tried, but either a lot of people like to take away a copy with them, or a lot of people don't get them as well..... never got any from dealership

anyway, i have emailed and talked to lexus customer service at least 3 times, still nothing. amazing...

Glad this came up...I often forget about these mags because it's a quartley publication. Last one I have is Q1.

 

At least you have gotten one the only ones i have ar q3 2005 and q3 2006 compliments of Taste of Lexus.
