So is this part of a movie or just caught on camera by accident? I can't tell if the other cars got clipped, but wow AMAZING is the word.

Judging from the perspective of the camera, it must be a traffic cam. It is on the same level as the other traffic cam visible on the left side of the screen.

If you slow down the video, it does look like the white sedan that is moving to the right gets clipped. If you pause right before the car goes through the intersection, there is zero space between the white sedan and the black SUV. The car must have hit somebody!
