Leave it for MTV to not only hit rock bottom in ricing up cars, but to grab a shovel and keep digging. They have a new show called Trick It Out... The web page doesnt really show alot of rice (I guess they are embarrassed to show of any of this out side of late night TV). Anyway I cant find any pics of this crap so im just going to describe a Hatch Civic DX they "Tricked Out".....

I saw the show and on one of the cars they didnt bother to paint under the hood so when the hood opened you could see the original white paint underneath. The other car the didnt bother to paint inside the drivers side door jam They just did crap work and I think it is an advertisement showing people where NOT to take their cars to get work done

 

MTV has hit a new low. I thought they already hit the bottom but now it's beyond that. Wow.

i've seen the show last night, i just hated it there's nothing else to watch and i'm stuck with it (i just couldn't sleep last night!) anyways i would go with that orange w/20s it just looked clean compared to the other one (black that looks like a bat-theme) after this show there was another one, this time it's all integras nothing (james bond theme) much also but the thing that interests me is that these guys can finish a car in 2 weeks-we're talking about 3/4 guys here (they don't do the painting-do u guys thing they did all of it just them 3???) compared to overhaulin' which has 7 days to finish up a car with 50 people!!!

 

hahah....i was just talking to adidosc about this yesterday. The episode I watched they were tuning an Integra and turning it into a James Bond type of vehicle. They placed the passenger seat backwards facing a computer and small TV's. One of them was in a bright orange with a tacky bodykit on it. It was trash!! How are you going to be a special agent and drive a small orange car??!!!!! ****s!!!!

The show is garbage. Its hilarious to say Pimp My Ride is superior to this show.

 

I saw an episode the other night and I thought, although it was entertaining, it really has low production value.

The premis of the show is simple: You have two custom shops that are given identical cars and they have 2 weeks and $15,000 to customize it with a theme. Then they show the cars and they are judged by some dude who is supposedly a well established tuner himself. He looks the cars over and then decided which team wins. The winner gets to keep the losing team's car.


The host is anything but charismatic.

It's a pretty sad show. I don't think this show will be on the air very long, but I may be out of touch and not the target demographic.
