Hi. I've read off and on, on different posts, about Lexus mailing out surveys. I've had my car now just over 1 month. Do we ALL get surveys or is it a random thing where some of us do and some of us don't? Maybe I've just not waited long enough? Do they come from corporate or will it come from the dealership?

Maybe they are afraid of what I'll say.

I got my survey about a month and half after I got my car. You should see your's in the next week or so.

Surveys are pretty standard. Dealerships give them out for Corporate heads to maintain excellent service. Quality control...

 

Lexus Corporate sends them out from the customer satisfaction department. The dealership will get a copy of what you filled out with your name on it about 3 months later.

 

i get them after every visit to a dealership..
